These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of BoreShot (“the App”), published by Airworthy Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Airworthy Labs”). By downloading or using BoreShot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
BoreShot is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple’s standard end-user license agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between Apple’s EULA and these Terms on a matter Apple’s EULA specifically covers, Apple’s EULA controls.
Airworthy Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use BoreShot on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or professional use, and solely in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s usage rules.

This license does not grant you any rights in or to Airworthy Labs’s intellectual property beyond the right to use the App as described above.
BoreShot offers three purchase options, all processed by Apple through the App Store:
Prices are in USD and may vary by region as determined by Apple’s currency conversion and regional pricing. Applicable taxes are collected by Apple per your local jurisdiction.
Monthly and annual subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The trial begins when you initiate it through the App Store and ends automatically after 7 days.
Required Apple disclosure: Your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial period. The charge for the first subscription period will occur immediately following the free trial.
Required Apple disclosure: Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as applicable) at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
How to cancel: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, or visit https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation through any other method — including contacting us directly or deleting the App — does not cancel your subscription. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
After cancellation, you retain access to subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue partial-period refunds for unused time on a cancelled subscription.
Price changes: If we change subscription pricing, we will notify you in advance through the App Store. You will have the opportunity to review and accept the new price before renewal. If you do not accept, your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current period.
The Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that grants you permanent access to BoreShot’s features as of the version in which the Lifetime tier was available, plus subsequent updates within the same major version (v1.x). It does not guarantee access to features introduced in a future major version (e.g., v2.0) if Airworthy Labs determines that version constitutes a distinct product.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with major iOS, iPadOS, and macOS releases for Lifetime purchasers.
Whether subscriptions or the Lifetime purchase are eligible for Family Sharing is determined by Airworthy Labs’s settings in App Store Connect. Check the App Store listing for current Family Sharing eligibility.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy and applicable local law. Airworthy Labs does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. See our separate Refund Policy for details.
You agree to use BoreShot only for lawful purposes. You may not use the App to:
BoreShot and all content, code, design, and marks associated with it are owned by Airworthy Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. These Terms do not transfer any ownership interest to you.
If you believe content in the App infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us at support@boreshot.app.
Your use of BoreShot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://boreshot.app/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
BoreShot is designed to work with USB-C UVC cameras manufactured by third parties. Airworthy Labs makes no representation that any specific third-party camera will work with BoreShot, and we are not responsible for third-party hardware performance, failure, or damage. Compatibility depends on the hardware manufacturer’s compliance with UVC standards and may change with OS updates.
We may update BoreShot from time to time to fix bugs, improve performance, or add features. Some updates may be required to continue using the App on newer OS versions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time, though we will make reasonable efforts to avoid removing features that Lifetime purchasers rely on without notice.
BoreShot is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airworthy Labs disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Nothing in this section limits rights you may have under consumer protection law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airworthy Labs LLC and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for:
In no event will Airworthy Labs’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App exceed the amount you paid to Airworthy Labs in the 12 months prior to the claim — or $10 USD if you have made no purchase.
Some jurisdictions do not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and your statutory rights remain unaffected.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airworthy Labs LLC, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the App in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of BoreShot that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English, unless your jurisdiction does not permit mandatory arbitration — in which case you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
Notwithstanding the above: Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving intellectual property infringement or misappropriation.
If you are a consumer located in the EU or UK, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country may provide you with additional rights that cannot be overridden by this governing law clause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice or App Store release notes. Your continued use of BoreShot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, stop using the App.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use BoreShot if you materially breach these Terms and fail to cure the breach within 7 days of notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 survive termination.
