This supplement adds and clarifies terms specific to BoreShot. Where this supplement conflicts with Apple’s Standard EULA, this supplement controls. Where Apple’s Standard EULA covers matters not addressed here, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

BoreShot offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the confirmed purchase price. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings in the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

This EULA supplement and all disputes arising out of or related to it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide rights that this clause does not override.
Airworthy Labs LLC is solely responsible for BoreShot and this EULA. Apple is not a party to this agreement other than as a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce its terms.
