End User License Agreement — Supplement

Purpose of this document

BoreShot uses Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) as its base license. That agreement is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

This supplement adds and clarifies terms specific to BoreShot. Where this supplement conflicts with Apple’s Standard EULA, this supplement controls. Where Apple’s Standard EULA covers matters not addressed here, Apple’s Standard EULA controls.

This supplement is the document you enter in App Store Connect under “Custom EULA.” It should be read together with BoreShot’s full Terms of Service at https://boreshot.app/terms.

1. Auto-renewing subscription disclosure

Required Apple App Store language — reproduce verbatim on your App Store product page and in the app’s paywall UI:

BoreShot offers auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the confirmed purchase price. You can manage and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings in the App Store. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

2. Lifetime purchase terms

The Lifetime purchase ($69.99, one-time) grants a perpetual, non-transferable license to use BoreShot as follows:

• Access to all features available at the time of purchase.
• Access to all feature updates released within the v1.x major version.
• No guarantee of access to features introduced in a future major version (e.g., v2.0) if Airworthy Labs determines that version constitutes a substantially distinct product offering.
• Tied to the purchaser’s Apple ID. Cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another Apple ID.
• Subject to continued App Store availability; Airworthy Labs will make commercially reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current iOS, iPadOS, and macOS releases.

The Lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

3. Governing law

This EULA supplement and all disputes arising out of or related to it are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide rights that this clause does not override.

4. Publisher information

Airworthy Labs LLC is solely responsible for BoreShot and this EULA. Apple is not a party to this agreement other than as a third-party beneficiary with the right to enforce its terms.
